Mit Back 2 Body bringt Dave Dinger – Teil der legendären Bachstelzen – ein neues Format auf den Kranich. Back 2 Body ist zum einen Conscious Dance, zum anderen Breath Work, das Ganze im Wechsel, bei uns im *Club "Hinter den Alpen" als safe space mit exklusivem Ticket Vorverkauf.

Back 2 Body ist ein Movement Workshop & im Anschluss Conscious Dance. Zum Auftakt eine Stunde easy Bodywork. Lande in deinem Körper, lande im Raum.
Sich mit seinen Emotionen und dem Kollektiv verbinden. Grenzen ziehen und annehmen. Kontakt und Konsent. Spielerisches Miteinander üben. Mit Respekt und Integrität. Danach ist Raum für freie Bewegung zu dickem Bass. Lasst euere Körper sprechen wie sie möchten – aber ohne Worte. Bleibt im Raum, Pretty sober, gerne Barfuss.

Start: 18 Uhr

Workshop: bis 19 Uhr

Dance! bis 21 Uhr

After: Konzert von ODD OKODDO im *Wohnzimmer!

Back 2 Body is a new format by Dave Dinger – part of the legendary Bachstelzen collective. Back 2 Body is a movement workshop and conscious dance. A new regular series in our *Club "Hinter den Alpen" – as a safe space with exclusive ticketing.

To start things off, Dave offers 1h of easy bodywork, to arrive into the space, to relax you body, explore your emotions and connect with the collective. Define your borders and accept them, practice contact & consent. Practice a playful way of togetherness. With respect and integrity. Afterwards there is space for free movement to electronic music in our club. Let your body talk – without words. Pretty sober and best to be enjoyed on bare feet.

Dance! till 21 Uhr

After: concert by ODD OKODDO in *Wohnzimmer!
